PwC Scale | InsurTech Programme – applications now open! 

We are delighted to announce our partnership with the PwC Scale | Insurtech Programme.

Scale | InsurTech is a 10-week programme supporting fast-growth B2B InsurTech companies who are revenue generating and approaching Series A or beyond. The programme will take on 12 scale-up companies and the primary goal is to generate commercial opportunities through introductions and networking opportunities with PwC and their corporate clients, industry leaders and key decision-makers. Alongside this, the programme offers a number of tailored, commercially focused opt-in masterclasses that give you the tools to scale your business.

​​​Early Metrics will participate in scale-up selection, mentoring and supporting the PwC Scale team in outreach across the UK and the international scale-up ecosystem.

There is a fixed fee for the programme and no equity is taken. Applications will be processed on an ongoing basis so apply as early as possible by clicking the link above!

Euromed Barcelona

This month we got the chance to be invited to Barcelona to talk about “the winning sector of Digitalization”. Thanks to our key positioning on the market as an indepedant third party between startups and key decision makers we discussed the potential of #iot #medtech #fintech in Barcelona alongside major speakers such as Nicolas Dufourcq (BPI France), Hervé Schricke (Afic Club Africa) or Nadia Filali (Caisse des Dépôts).

IPEM

This year was our first year as a Partner of IPEM, one the main private equity event in Europe. During 3 days big players in the financial sector such as EURAZEO, Ardian, Tikehau, Cathay Capital and others gathered at Palais des Congrès in Cannes. It was the occasion to discuss corporate venturing and to have deep insights about the state of the European landscape investment.

Telecom Paristech

As part of our engagement in leading business and engineering schools we were invited to be judge during Telecom Paristech Incubator contest. Many high potential projects were pitching such as Wakeo, Brennus Analytics or SealdHq. At the end of the day, the 6 judges (Representatives of Orange Consulting, Challenges or Vivatechnology) chose Ownest for their strengths on the team, project and market side.

Paris Fintech Forum

The leading Fintech event in Paris is back! In this new edition, our CEO Antoine Baschiera will be monitoring an exceptional panel about “Raising Funds as a fintech startup”. On stage, Tamaz Georgadze (CEO Raisin, Germany), Ricky Know (CEO Tandem Money, UK), Daniel Kjellen (CEO Tink, Sweden)  will share their insights and what made their companies leading and established their startups in a competitive environment.

Techinnov Partnership

D-10 before the leading innovation event Techinnov. 2000 Large corporations, SMEs and startups will gather on the 8^th of February. This year 30 startups will be competing on the following themes : IOT, Automotive, Luxe and Deeptech. For the second year we will be part of the judge member. Same week, different industry. Meet the Early Metrics team at Pharmapack, the major event in health sector at Porte de Versailles on the 7^th & 8^th of February. For the 1^st year we partner the startup challenge.
