To accelerate loan application for SMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Innovate UK partnered with Early Metrics.

As part of the Covid-19 support package provided by the UK government to SMEs, Innovate UK launched the Continuity Loan program which makes available £210 million in loans to Innovate UK award holders.

To provide this relief plan in a timely manner, several challenges had to be tackled:

• Accelerate the application and candidate assessment process
• Collect data in a single, intuitive platform
• Enable fast yet accurate decision-making based on data and scoring
• Provide a solution that can be integrated within existing systems
