Web Summit, representing #Womenintech – Early Metrics was earlier this month at the annual European tech conference Web Summit. Moderating a roundtable with various entrepreneurs and businesswomen, we spoke about “Being a good founder, becoming a better CEO”, sharing tips, advice and experiences. One of the main conclusions was the need for founders to take time to update and hone their skills in order to be ready to scale their startup. Early Metrics is engaged in the promotion of diversity in tech and supports in France the Led By Her initiative.
